Desire to Switch Cars

DB8(e

My previous car was an Audi S3. It was a powerful vehicle that I had customized to suit my preferences, but I found myself reconsidering what I really wanted from a car.

For example, the Eunos Roadster I drove long ago. It was an amazing car. The engine sound wasn’t particularly impressive, but it made me feel like I was the only one driving a racing car through city strts.

What I had been seeking in a car was something simple: to be light, to have enough power to accelerate freely even on ordinary roads, and to be something I could fully control. I wanted to experience that kind of driving joy.

Looking back now, I realize the issue was that I didn’t have the time to properly enjoy the S3—time to go to a circuit, time to prepare, or even just time to hit the mountain passes. The inability to create that time was gradually gnawing at me.
