Endless 4-pot & TE37 SAGA S-plus

Tuning/Custom(e

Since introducing the quick jack, tasks I can challenge have greatly increased. Brake work is one of them. Update I thought of after being able to do alignment and adding camber.

Endless 4pot – for this vehicle weight, capacity is more than sufficient. Silver x red engraving to match Type R. Wanted old logo to suit classic car but can’t order anymore.

Loosen bolts fixing caliper from rotor backside. Loosen rotor fixing bolts. Install Endless bracket – hub is clean. Loosen flare nut with MAC flare nut wrench introduced for this purpose. Brake fluid seeps out causing panic.

Pull out pin fixing brake hose with pliers. Route brake hose same as OEM, fix rotor then caliper in order. Of course also bled air.

Wheels are TE37 SAGA Plus 15 inch. Caliper clearance machining is excellent. Personally, smaller wheels better. Lighter, cheaper tires, thick sidewalls look cool and better ride comfort.

By the way, trying to fit Endless 4pot with Advan TC4 requires about 3mm spacer.
