To be honest, I had a feeling something like this might happen. So I thought I had been careful to prevent it. But the result is as you can see in the photo. I sincerely apologize for causing trouble to the police and local residents.
As for what happened, the rear right broke loose on a gentle left curve, causing a spin. Despite it being a left corner, I ended up hitting the left embankment with my front right and rear right. Fortunately, there were no oncoming cars or cyclists, so the only damage was to my own car, which was a blessing in disguise.
To be honest, I’m not sure what caused the breakaway. On a downhill slope with the weight shifted to the front, the rear suddenly swung out and I couldn’t stop it.
As for the damage, the front lip and rear bumper are broken. The front and rear tires on the right side are punctured. Since I was able to move to a safe location after the accident, I’d like to think there’s no serious damage to the mechanical systems, but I haven’t been able to confirm the details yet.
It’s all due to my own carelessness, mistakes, and lack of skill.
