The sound of Spoon’s N1 muffler was too loud for me, so I chose this muffler as a solution. It’s the PRO RACER from 5ZIGEN.
I’m truly grateful that they still make mufflers for such an old car when you order one. It was delivered about a month after I placed the order.

While admiring the freshly overhauled and shiny transmission, they installed it swiftly. You can see that Spoon’s exhaust manifold is well-designed, with each pipe separated all the way to the catalytic converter.
The silencer is thick, so the appearance isn’t great, but the installation was completed successfully. The droning noise inside the cabin is gone, making it much more comfortable.
Ideally, I’d like a muffler that gives more of that sweet exhaust howl, but that can wait for another time.
