This might be specific to my Integra Type R DB8, but I find it difficult to touch the accelerator while braking.
Since the accelerator pedal sits lower than the brake pedal, heel-and-toe with light braking is an extremely difficult layout (at least for me).
Some people swap to Mugen pedals or bend the accelerator pedal arm to raise the accelerator pedal position, but I decided to physically raise the accelerator pedal itself.

I bought a rubber sheet about 10mm thick and attached it to the accelerator pedal with strong double-sided tape.

It maintains the stock look, but the pedal position is now raised by about 2cm, making it much easier to touch the accelerator while braking.
I’m still testing it out so it’s only held with double-sided tape for now, but if there are no issues, I plan to figure out a more permanent mounting method.
