The delivery date was set for the Tuesday after Golden Week. The DB8 Integra Type R was all prepared, including various fixes and work I had requested.
Once again, I was struck by just how thin and small it is.

As a major maintenance item, I had asked them to replace all the suspension bushings. It feels great to see the fresh black bushings on each arm. They also swapped the lowering springs back to the original rear springs, and I could already feel the freshness on the drive home.
Combined with the light body, it responds eagerly to every input. Since I drove back during a busy weekday afternoon, I didn’t get to experience cornering under load, but the crisp handling felt great.

This car really is a true boy racer. I’ll probably end up cruising around in it night after night.
