The Integra DC2/DB8 is entering its final phase for genuine parts availability. I checked the stock for the shift boot and found this to be the case, so I went ahead and ordered one.

This shift boot apparently changed to red stitching from the ’98 Spec onwards, while ’96 Spec vehicles had a simple black one.
Fortunately, the shift boot on my car is still in good condition, so this one will go into a cardboard box and stay dormant for a while. I want to be prepared to prevent deterioration of visible areas and parts that affect driving performance.
